In the end was it Gremlin or SR?
If GI:
Subsidery name: Infogrames Studios Limited
Became subsidiary: 1999
Closed or Sold: 2003 (Closed)
Location: Sheffield, United Kingdom
Purpose: Game Developer and publisher. Originally founded as Gremlin Interactive in 1984 and functioned both as a publisher and a developer. Acquired by Infogrames in 1999 and was renamed to Infogrames Sheffield House (Trading name was Infogrames Studios Limited.) and downgraded to a developer only. Was closed in 2003 with most of their franchises being sold to Zoo Digital Publishing. Some went to the founder of Gremlin, Ian Stewart.[107] While Hogs of War and Fragile Allegiance were both sold to Alternative Software and Monty Mole was sold to Piko Interactive.

GC:So what have you been doing since the closure and what are you up to now?
IS:I did start a media corporation that then changed its name to Zoo Digital Group, I then got that listed on AIM (Alternative Investment Market) after a reverse takeover of a listed business. Then about 2000 I bought all the IPs (intellectual properties) back off Infogrames, who weren’t doing anything with them, and then started getting back into that.
Zoo Digital Publishing did some publishing for a couple of years, via Zoo Digital Group, then the publishing side was taken out of Zoo Digital Group, because we wanted the PLC to focus on some other areas of interest.
So we were then renamed Zushi Games and unfortunately Zushi Games had an unfortunate end where we did a deal with some North Americans who didn’t quite deliver on what they said they were going to deliver on and left the company rather weak. And then they were shut down 18 months ago.
GC:So what’s Urbanscan, your new company?
IS:Urbanscan is the company that owns the rights to a lot of the back catalogue of Gremlin and practically everything we did at Zoo. I started that up just to keep doing something really. I kept the Premier Manager development team together, we’re putting another game out again this year on PlayStation Network and PC. We’ve got a development team up in Leeds that are doing that. And we decided, probably 12 months or so ago, to look at the market and think about re-establishing some of the old titles.
. . .
GC:So what do you own now, can we go through some kind of list?

IS:If it wasn’t licensed from someone else, or had other licences attached to it, the chances are I’ve got the rights to it.

Last time a game was released, at least on Steam, by Urbanscans was 2015, and the article mentions I.S. was approaching 60.
