Great to e-meet you! My name is Jordan Freeman, and I am CEO at ZOOM-Platform.com. In a little over an hour, we, along with our partners Funbox Media, are officially and exclusively re-releasing Hardwar: www.zoom-platform.com/product/hardwar
The game is updated to run smoothly on modern PC's and has been upgraded to have full lossless CD Audio support (unlike the DotEmu version).
The English version will go live tonight. French and German versions are in-progress!

Well I went and bought it if for no other reason than to support DRM-free software! (This makes the third time I've bought Hardwar).
EDIT: bought it for myself and answered all my own questions. Yes its stock UIM06. Installs blissfully smooth on Windows10, runs in 1080p just fine. It feels a little smoother but there are still a few minor graphical problems(for example: the monorail line sometimes disappears in tunnels). Otherwise its excellent. 10/10.
After failing at trying to get Hardwar to work with the patched demo and ISOs on my Windows 10 machine, I went ahead and bought it from zoom-platform as well. Worked without a hitch! I haven't encountered any weird bugs so far. I would highly recommend getting this if you don't have the time to figure out how to get the patched demo/ISOs to work. Awesome release!
Just a little question... Does ZOOM-Platform.com owns the rights of Hardwar ?
Hey Sushi, I made the 'story so far thread'. After I met with Ian Stewart, he expressed interest in releasing Hardwar again. I know plenty about him, his contacts and companies etc. Barry Hatch was in charge of sales at Gremlin. Barry Hatch is director of funbox. Coincidence, I think not.
Edit: also if you read that release statement, it says funbox own the hardwar brand.
I read on Zoom Platform discord that they will put some of their titles on Steam soon. But that was 9/19/2021, so it's anyone's best guess as to what the definition of soon is. Personally, I'd like to see it on Steam, perhaps they will enable Steam Workshop for mods/skins.
