Im using uim06 Started occuring yesterday on a 91 day save, now the issue persists through all known hardwar versions, as years passed, cant remember what i did to fix or avoid that issue : the bottom left and right bracket/hud/radar elements are supposed to be RED when in stealth mode and/or below 100ft, whats happening here?

I assume that screen grab is after you picked up the secret package that starts the Psycho Bob missions? (Adds stealth.)
I've never picked up the secret package in a Silver-Y though, so maybe it (S-Y) was accidentally/intentionally left out by the programmers?
Though now that I am thinking about it did that package actually do anything at all? Has anyone intentionally flew below 100 ft with cargo worth dying for to test it?

If you played through the storyline you'll probably remember psycho Bob saying "folks will still be able to spot you visually" also the swallow has built in radar invisibility but can still be targeted if you know their name with the terminal interface.

The terminal interface shouldn't let you target pilots by name though because it makes it impossible for a pilot to go underground and hide.

That is true, but how often did an ai flyer "scan" [target] you like a player does? I remember when I first started playing (with all that fog <3 of war) if I had anything, remotely valuable or enough of something, scrap metal for instance, I scanned / targeted EVERY moth that entered radar range.

If I could have it my way targeting data for a pilot would be lost if they died and got cloned or if they changed their moth allowing players online to go underground.

I took a screenshot after much testing i chose that one to show people im not talkinng about some loonacy at any rate, i really remember the effect being all the bottom orange ui [ left part ] and [ right part ] is/are supposed to be colored red when below 100FT after the mystery package is/was salvaged. If anybody has this issue ( or is this really an bug? i really cant tell heh ) in their games or not id like to see and confirm this if its indeed an game problem/glitch, if not then oh well no biggie. Hmmm, I really don't know, I don't remember that happening to the targeting side as well. Was the version you played that did that the original unpatched version or one of the many patched versions? Some of the enhanced stuff added features to the left target section such as bounty or cargo value. Unlikely, but maybe one of the moth software upgrades could have effected it? Also unlikely, but if you played the game in the 90s, maybe it could have been something with you first (Hardwar) computer's graphics card, drivers (who remembers "Plug and Pray"?), software rendering (vs. hardware), render method (ega, rbg, etc. [my guess]), or even the computer's color palette (8-bit, 16-bit, 24-bit(anyone remember this?), 32-bit, etc) or unlikely but maybe even the original fog colors, or another graphics option, and last but not least a memory deficit, maybe since ram was too limited it cloned/overwrote the color value to save on memory, though this may be an improbable theory. Apologies if my writing style seems rude.

No worries Pilot ,your writing is fine... , at any rate, there nothing i can do about the issue i posted was curious though still am, im taking another break from my annual hardwar uim06 spree..... , im singing off , laters folks ! Every time i finish ( as in playing an hardwar game as i see fit i really hate the ending , because the player is supposed to be off to the moon or mars i cant remember exactly, then to earth or so iv read many many years ago this is what the plot of hardwar ( not sure if the sequels were to be named the same way, anyway )was supposed to be, rescued from titan then moon/mars then earth...) what a series of games that would of been.....or sequels... if they had enough funding..ah well....
