I just wanted to create a thread for any ideas about creating Hardwar fan fiction. At one time, ages ago, there used to be existent links that had some pretty creative fan fiction for Hardwar like Arago Fett's Fan Fiction site and another one from some username that I have forgotten long ago. Unfortunately, their links are long dead and taken out due to lack of interest of the site developer to update the content of his/her site and/or expired domain time presumably due to utilizing an older internet engine. The only site I can think of for Hardwar fan fiction is KingTiger's site since he has a section dedicated to it. From what I've gathered, it mostly consists of short and unfinished material that's probably good for a quick break. That's the best that the site can offer, so it'll have to suffice for now. There's also this site by NightHawk who had some promising fan fiction content but never got finished as well. The owner hasn't been active since March 2011 and his site is still stuck in update limbo.
Anyways, if anyone's interested in creating Hardwar fan fiction, you're always welcome and there's no limitation of what you can come up with. I could make some stories myself, but I'm not that good at creativity, so don't expect me to be a world-class writer.

This might be a fun project for collaboration. I was reading on another thread and had this idea: what if we wrote a novelization of the game's story? It's a really good story, and despite the visual medium would actually translate well to paper. I'm not sure I have enough free time to take on something like it on my own, but I think with some work the community could produce quite a nice piece.

Here are all of the Hardwar stories I have managed to collect, either from sites or from the forums. Hardwar Fiction Archive.zip (211.9 KB) - Windows zip file 212KB Fan Fiction Archive.tar (525.5 KB) - Linux tar format didn't bother making a ball since it is only around 526KB, if you'd like to complain about that size... then drop dial up.
