Hi Fellow Flyers!
I'm back. Like a good neighbor...HardWar is there...lol! Well I've been on Teeths Hardwar server on GoodOlgaming.com...ahh like old times. Kudo's and thanx Teeth for the server!
The server works pretty descent, I only lost 2 ships..one was on my end so I must say that the server is pretty damn stable,..again thanx Teeth!
For those interested...It's been a few years since I played online so it was a real treat to play again. As some of you know my history of doing "unusual" things within the game. If you feel the urge you can check out king tigers site @ hardwar.ktsdesign.com/ai10000.php if I remember correctly. A huge thankyou to KingTiger as it was too cool that he made a page of the very 1st successful Hammers 10,000 day game pics. I parked 10 alien moths in port (one for each 1000 days) sort of a commemerative thing. I then took screenshots and posted them.
How did I get alien moths on the server u say...well that's a long story, I'll let Hammer tell that story if he ever is so inclined. It was a pleasure and an honour to be part of that game, and as always Hammer was a gracious and cool as a server Admin could be. I missed that server and bless you Teeth for putting up your servers, the gaming Gods are well pleased!
If any of you want to you can search for "The Chronicles of AI" on Captain Zedos forum. I wrote some detailed escapades I had, I think they should still be there.
**EDIT UPDATE** I did a search on this forum for "Chronicles of AI" and I couldn't find me writings. I lost all of my backups and such. My only recourse is to try and find it online or rewrite it. I'm sooooooo bummed out...I lost a ton of great writings, screenshots, etc. uugghhhh!!
I wrote about many secrets concerning all those wonderful in-game bugs that makes HardWar one of the most unusual games I've ever enjoyed.
Things like:
How to get thugs to follow you everywhere.
How to make The Phantom Moth, no...not the Ghost moth this one is better, heh heh.
How to go to the outer regions of the game past the walls, ceiling and ground..oh yeah baby!!
How to Make a indestructible Thug that never dies but can kill ANYONE..yes..even humans! In fact if I sic the little sick motherfucker on you
and he has devs ...you know....BOOM goes the player! That's not to say an experienced Harwar Veteran couldn't evade him but this thug is relentless ha!ha!...can really get a flyer going out of their mind! I created him for those online players that were assholes ha! ha! That'll learn ya boy!
*Please note that at present I will only share the indestructible moth with time tested proven HardWar server Admins such as Hammer, Teeth,Timski, Pilot and Nemesis at present. The reasons are obvious, with great HarWar power comes great HardWar responsibility. LoL! You know what I mean.
Actually I would like to put up different server games to demonstrate the above for those interested. Let me know and we can set up a time then log on and check it out.
Most of these writings I posted as "The Chronicles of AI" "Lost Alien". I believe I posted them elsewhere but I can't remember where. If anyone happens to come across any of my writings or posts...PLEASE post a link to it here. Thanx!
Anywho...so to give a little update on what I've done on Teeths' current server.
* I have thugs that follow me and bodyguard or take out other moths, they be me dogs baby! Topdog, Robdog and Buddog. If you see em' please don't kill em'.
*I made my thug Jetman, he flies forever over Klamp Secret Base forever, pretty cool. He's been there for several hundred days. I wonder if he will ever get stuck.
*I even made 2 thugs that chase each other around the game, funny, eventually one gets stuck and dies but hey it's fun to watch.
And last but not least, I made a major store in the center on downtown and will be turning sales on tonight. I'm hoping the availability of weapons will spice the game up.
