So I'm curious in what knowledges people have, personally mine is websites, but I'm slowly trying to pick up programming. I have a website torontovirtual.net on which I have quite a powerful Public Computer Database for the LCPD:FR side of GTA IV, and my scripting knowledge comes in with the two scrips I have made/making for GTA IV, one is a GPS/Location script that sends the players in game co-ordinates and then displays it on a google map at torontovirtual.net/livemap and the other is a little program that works with the GPS script to send the persions type with the GPS program so that it displays a different icon on the map, and in the future will in game be able to route the player to another player, this script. My scripting language of choice currently is C#, though I'm looking to learning more C++ to help with programming in Unity to try and make some actual games. (Even a Hardwar remake currently code named MisOp) My weak point is graphics, as you might tell from my website, I don't have much images, and what I do have was made in Windows Paint.

For graphics I would recommend GIMP it is not as good as Photoshop, but the price (freeware) helps level the playing field a bit.

I'm an IT guy, I fix computers and networks for a living and I like hosting game servers. I am not very creative. I can however, throw a bunch of numbers in excel to try to balance things. I'm not an expert number cruncher, but I have used excel before to rebalance ships in a few star trek games.

Nice, I really wish I could do stuff with computers as a job (I'm currently unemployed), but I'm a high school drop out, and regretting it, but lack the motivation to get my GED. I did try starting a YouTube career, but it's more of a who you know start up, and I just don't have the right audience I guess lol, and I want to learn computer programming, plus work on my web coding. I actually just made a quick and simple Facebook App for tracking your fuel consumption in your vehicle. apps.facebook.com/fuelcalculator/ if you want to check it out. As usual with my style it's rough and dirty, but gets the job done. No graphical interface really, just text really, no graphics.

Well I used to do various stuff freelance. (programming mostly, but i did do some modeling and some light texturing)
Getting started doing freelance work is a bit tough though. Basically you get a small selection of jobs no one else wanted... But you can take what you think your capable of doing. Oh, and if you don't have any certifications then your going to have to present them with something to show that you really do know what your doing. No one will hire you if you can't show them something, they will take you for scammer trying to do a half upfront and bail scam or something.

Getting a GED isn't really hard, unless your English is bad and your math aweful you should have little trouble getting it.
For the Science and History part read the first question first then start reading the paragraphs till your reach the answer they usually have them in order of the reading so if you have trouble finding an answer find the answer below it and you will narrow down your search.
