Wez has been nice enough to host a mirror of the site on his hardwar.info site. The URL to my site there is:
zedo.hardwar.info
Thanks again, Wez. The upload went smoothly.

Cool I can see it working on my iPad. Someone needs to port hardwar to the app store Got doom yesterday dated graphics but it still rocks Just for the record, I play Doom and some other 16-bit games all the time using DOS Box. I've got all of the old Quakes, Shadow Warrior, and a full Duke Nukem 3D. My favorite of the group is Heretic. It has some nearly impossible scenarios to survive. Some other old games I have on my gaming box are Descent: Freespace, X-Wing, TIE Fighter, X-Wing Alliance, and Starfleet Academy. I find the only thing better about most modern games are the graphics. I sort of like the Grand Theft Auto franchise, and anything killing zombies, but that's about it.

Heretic I never played that I played Heretic II which was pretty good, a lot like Quake 2 only with more of a fantasy than sci-fi, another good old game is Draken: Order of the Flame, to bad that the sequal was only on the PS2.

Heretic is a lot like fantasy DOOM. The graphics are on the same scale as is the motion engine. One unique thing is being able to fly, which is absent from DOOM. The flight is much like the jetpack in Duke Nukem.
Heretic also introduced inventory items that you could pick and use on demand which was way ahead of DOOM. There were also quick use keys. Heretic defined the 1st person shooter for years. Even Duke Nukem didn't change the basic game structure other than including more hot keys.
