hi! i found these editors in captain zedo's site. but i dont know how to use them. can you explain about it a little, or maybe give links on how to use them? these editors are the ship editor (shp editor v0.04) and hardedit.exe as for the shp editor, i've loaded the hardwar.res and hardup.res. but i dont know what to do after that.. and for the hardedit.exe, i use UIM06 and it does not have it in the version dropdown menu. i also dont know what this editor does actually.. hope you can help

Someone more experienced will answer your question. I just wanted to post that I'm working on instruction manuals to pack with each piece of software on the site. I might make one big text file for all of them. I have to load and use each one myself first.

I was replying to you and realized I was mixing up shp files with spr... so as Zedo said, better a more experienced with fresh memory answer to you, but a single thing to note, SHP doesnt stand for SHIP! Shp editor its a sort of SHAPE editor, not the same thing!

the shp editor is used to import and export models, you can use this to make new moth models. I believe it also could do textures too, but It's been awhile. hardedit is a saved game editor, it won't work with uim06 though. if your looking to spice things up you can try my editor out. hardwar.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=gamemodification&action=display&thread=43you can also edit prices with this and effect the games economy to make getting money harder or easier. It does a ton more than that though, you can even use it to make your own hacks/edits and when your done you can export everything to share with others.
