Tired of the excessive bloatware they continue to add to windows? It really makes me want to migrate to linux, all the trash they add to 'spy' on users with. telemetry. forced restarts, very fun.
Any way this trims most of the "fat" from win10.
EDIT2: This is much easier than doing each and every step manually, and in the case of uninstalling junk more effective.

Will update after a restart and testing another existing user account and setting one up.
EDIT3: After restarting testing a few existing accounts, including one that I had created before running the script, changes to cosmetics (light/dark theme etc.) are account based. cortana is disabled of the things that are changed, xbox junk is no longer enabled among accounts by default, if you use it you can reenable it through services to be manually or automatically.
I recommend using "Automatic (Delayed Start)" on services that are not system critical like Steam, ShareX, Search Everything, etc. This helps speed up the OS system boot.
