So I decided to re-write the ATC from scratch, which is a AutoHotKey script that uses shortcuts to type in TI commands quickly.
Let me know your thought or if there are any issues.

Advanced Thug Control by teeth_03
This is a script that lets you use configure up to 4 Thugs and 9 hangars to use hotkeys to send in TI Commands in Hardwar.
***Configuration***
Look at all the .txt files you see in the same folder as this Read-Me. There are 4 Thug files, each corresponding to a hotkey. ThugAlt means that thug will be selected when you use the Alt key (usage will be explained below). There are then 9 home/hanagar files. Essentially home and hangar are the same thing but the home ones are ment to be for hangars you own and hangars are for public hangars you are supplying. You can use these interchangably. Keep im mind that the numbers 1-3 and 4-9 use the matching number for the hotkeys.
Basically, just type the names of your thugs and desired hangars in those files, making sure not to input any spaces before or after the names.
Important Note: If you change anything while the script is running, you will need to reload the script to see the changes.
***Usage***
The Alt,Ctrl,Shift and Tab keys are used as switches to select your thug. You will only need to hit the key once to switch, and you do not need to hold it down with other hotkeys for this to work. The switch will keep sending commands to that thug until you switch to another thug, or restart the script. The script defaults to use the ThugAlt so if you only have one or a primary thug, input that name into ThugAlt.
To send in actual commands, it is always 2 button combo, usually a letter and a number. Below is a list of commands
***Command List***
g 1-9 = Go
b 1-9 = Buzz
s 1-9 = Sellall
f 1-6 = Board
d 1 = Disembark
x 1 = Clear
u 1 = Status
r 1 = Report
y 1 = Exec Bays
t 0 = Target Thug
t 1-9 = Target Hangar
? 0 = List Thug
? 1-9 = List Hangar
For example, if your ThugCtrl is Bobman, and you want him to Buzz your Hangar4 which is Trade Central, you would tap CTRL once, then hit B+4 at the same time. The go,buzz, sellall, target and list commands use the matching number of the configuration to issue commands. The Board command uses 1-6 as the bay number.
T + 0 types in the command for you to target the selected Thug, while T + 1-9 types in the command for you to target the hangars.
? Types the Thug or Hangar into the TI to check what it is before issuing other commands
