Cell 1 is lowest capacity, fastest recharge rate, and Cell 4 is highest capacity, slowest recharge rate, linear increments

Engines
Engines 2 and 3 use more power so going with a smaller engine could be beneficial. The setting is for Full Throttle Power

Pods
The Smallest and Largest Pods have been adjusted to carry more of a single unit of Cargo, to help out with Ore Runs or make the Y with a smallest pod able to carry more of the same Cargo

Moths
I have adjusted the amount of weapons each moth can carry so going with the Neo Tiger isnt always going to be the best choice if you want a large loadout. Basically, the more hit points and more mass, the more weapons it can carry.

FPS Mod
I have decreased the time between frames from 32 down to 8, and it seemed to improve the FPS on the server, more details on the mod are here:

Hangar Name Mod
Now you can rename your hangar and the actual name shows up instead of "[owner]'s Hangar". Please note that on the server side, the Name, Type and Logo commands have been renamed, so only approved moderators can change these values
[memory patches]
I have edited these values after the server started up, and now they are saved in the savegame. I used MisOpians Delta 4 to make these edits.
Faction Hangars
I added purchase and selling software and removed the No Trade software so now anyone can buy and sell stuff to them.
I had to make the Moth Factories not "owned" by their HQs, otherwise they would not produce any moths to buy.
Moth Factories
I supplied 9999999 each of Moth Frames, Lasers and Engines to all of them (including the "Faction" ones), so now you only need to supply cells for them to produce Moths if you need more.
