Fighting Coolon Dibsey in full game Uim06 patched ?

Hello,
All is in the title...
I recieve a message (Developments) that says some kind of modernes Robin Hood messe around. So I'm looking for Coolon Dibsey but I can't find him, neither get his black box, to store with the entire collection of goods (including unknown materials) in my hangar... I'm pretty sure fighting him in the original full game
Any idea ?

That Robin Hood they mention is you!
Colon Dibsey was a guy you were fighting in D1.6 time limited playable demo, he was flying a Death's Head with a black box in his pod.
When killed, Dibsey Jr. would come after you in his Neo-Tiger, not to mention that Scrubbers would turn hostile and send guard ships after you whenever you'd be close to Scrubbers Alpha.
Was the reward you're given by police (for the black box) worth the effort? maybe - I somehow managed to buy myself a hangar in demo just before the time ran out
