I already know my router default gateway address but have no access to command prompt and I've tried using third party software but none worked. Is there a quick and easy way to do this that is no jargon.I'm running W7 os.Thanks.

You don't go through command line, you do it via web browser. Type your gateway address into your web browser, then go from there. Most router default logins are admin/admin or admin/password. You forward the port to your computer's IP address.
Unfortunately there is no way to explain that without jargon.
