Good Ol' Gaming Server: Fresh Start 6/25/2014

Long term UIM06 "Hammer Style" game, no mods other than what MSGC does. Server is hosted out of Chicago on a dedicated server.

Let me know if you want to change the Name, Logo or Type of your hangar, I can do those for you (commands were renamed).

You can also use the Good Ol' Gaming Teamspeak server using the same IP address above, default port

Some Guidelines:

1. Do not kill other players on sight, if you want to PvP, you must find someone else who wants to PvP. So no grieving.

2. Try not to monopolize all the hanagars in the same crater. I think a limit of 2 hangars in the satellite craters (not downtown) and 3 in Downtown should be enough. I'm not going to say how many you can have total, but please only buy what you need and don't buy hangars just for the sake of having them.

3. As a courtesy, try to help out the supply needs for Downtown Moths, Highrise Motors, Downtown Munitions, Dr. Jobes Weapons, Shears Yard and Central Industrial. These hangars produce moths, laser weapons, moth upgrades and hangar machinery that you can't get anywhere else.

4. If you don't mind using Voice Chat, you should hop on the Team speak server because the in game chat REALLY sucks

I'd like to try online play for the first time. Which ports need to be forwarded for Hardwar to work online? Because so far when I enter you IP address, no game shows up.

Just bought The Belfry in Highrise (decided to leave Downtown 05 for the next person to play ). Could you change the inside skin to alien, the logo to Hardwarp FM, and enable purchasing please? Thank you!

Juste connected to your serer but unfortunately my ping looks too high here in France. Fighting is a real challenge (and my ennemy didn't have laser turret !!!).

It looks less laggy in "low speed link" mode for me.
I was wondering, is there any pirates ? I could fly from Trade Central to Central Industrial, full of compcomp and other stuffs without any stress !!!

Greetings, I can't connect to the game anymore, it just doesn't show up when the IP is entered. Has the IP changed or the server crashed?

I've been in it for over an hour, server seems to be fine

I wonder if the 2nd client needs to have port 2301 forwarded....

Second client? I think it depends on the modem (or ISP, or router) you are using because three people simultaneously connected at my dad's house with no problem. Conversely, on another modem I forwarded every other possible port required for HW for a second client, but nada. I'm not sure if you remember my frustration that night...

It was a random thought that doesn't make any sense after I thought about it. I only have port 2300 forwarded to play, and I am pretty sure I have been the 2nd person to connect to the server before, which means if the 2nd person used port 2301, I shouldn't have been able to join.

For your issue Cadaverine, it might have something to do with NAT being turned either on or off, some routers have options for that.
