Ho-ho, many thanks to you, gmcjimmy! But Hardwar is crashing with 'enchanced' file in root directory after 'continue' button is hit - in saved world, and after few seconds after start in new world.
Edit: gmcjimmy should accept donations.

Yep crashes at Day 1, 9:29:55-59 when I start too. If you use the Enhanced version right before gmc's and use gmc's manufdat it seems to work good.

Reverting back to the old manufacturing patch fixed a few issues. One of which was broken faction factories. But in doing so I've found a new issue with custom recipes and the manufdat file. Everything works fine when the econmod is enabled. When econmod is disabled then general manufacturing breaks for all hangars. With that in mind the loading of custom recipes by way of the manufdat file has been restricted to only load with econmod. Sorry folks.

Oh! All right then, we'll use the econmod. I've bought a Construction Machinery (or how it called), that produces ConstMat. Crazy builders has come and violently bought it by 1 item several times, spamming my mailbox with huge amount of messages. (in two days) Is that issue of your concern? Edit:With econmod.dll it's still crashing.

There are no new releases yet. You're still using an old broken copy. I won't be posting anything until everything works in some fashion or another.

Actually the traders, builders, don't buy one at a time they buy just like we do one "click" at a time, thats the reason you get so many messages it was never programed to lump all the messages together, which would be most effective if the message wasn't sent till after a trader/builder left the hangar, in which case it would give a summery of items bought, sold(if ever possible, or for the thugs), and perhaps a repair bill?

Here comes one builder, buys 12 const mat, I get 12 messages saying 'Downtown 05 sold 1 ConstMat'. it would give a summery of items bought, sold(if ever possible, or for the thugs), and perhaps a repair bill? Hangar report - nice idea! But it will not keep you informed in a real-time. So you need to get such messages in a certain period of time (once in 6 hardwar-hours, or like that).

AI pilots selling goods to players hangars that do not have enough funds will blag cash for that hangar, 10x the amount required, then sell the goods to that hangar leaving behind the goods and surplus cash.
This is uhh.. prolly not a good thing, eh? It only happens with the econmod though. I'll look in to correcting that, but keep in mind that I'm no programmer. If I can't "figure out" a sollution, then the only other thing I could do would be to remove or disable that feature.

Remove what? The whole trade missions, or just selling to hangar with insufficient funds?
You're not programmer? But who are you then - working with assembler files and fixing all that stuff?
Also, is there any way to reduce clicking in interfaces? Maybe it's possible to use modifier keys - Ctrl (x5), Shift (x50)?

I'm another enthusiastic community member. Just like you. I found a copy of Max's Enhanced source code. Abandoned since 2007, I decided to mess around with it and see how lucky I could get. Well, that luck is often short lived. Think "western-medicine." If it's sick then I just cut it off. Its kind of sad, I know. But it's the best I can do with the skills (or the lack of) that I have. Any help would be welcome.

Well, my hobby is programming. But high-level - C# at .NET Framework. I can understand C++, but with ASM I can hardly guess what is all about.

I've always dreamed of making my own Hardwar! Let me read some books about Assembler. Maybe I'll actually be able to help...
Or I really can make my own Hardwar on XNA... or SlimDX, or something like that. It will be very crude, and I'll need an artist who take mapping, modelling and texturing. But at least it will work on easy high-level language. Because it looks like project from hardwar.org will be released in a very long time. Oh, this is crazy amount of work.

If C++ is your thing. The guys over at www.hardwar.org/ are building an OSS Hardwar remake using OGRE as the backend. Have you seen that project yet?

Because it looks like project from hardwar.org will be released in a very long time. Did you read my message? And C++ is not my thing, actually. I'm using C#. It's different.
