I wanted to know if constmat is produced by ore at the mine like plastics are produced from chemicals in the chemical factories,or do they just get produced from thin air.?

They're probably just produced like a normal Raw item. You can test this by buying some and see if the rate of Ore changes.
As far as useful materials:
1. Ore, Gems and Constmats are produced by Mines (Prison along with the Klamp G and Laz, you just cant buy from them) 2. Plastics and Chemicals come from Chemical places (Downtown, Alpha and Riverside along with the 2 Faction ones) 2A. Flares and Explosives are actually produced by the Chemicals and Plastics 3. Water is produced by the Reservoir hangars along with Sewage Control

If you have admin powers you can open klamp and lazarus mines to the public by entering "hangar software,-n"
(n is notrade)

You would still need to add the purchasing and selling software as well.

With admin you can enable things to be sold, as well as change prices. Well if you know what your doing.
'Ell negative withdraw is possible if you know what your doing. No sorry trade secret.

That is ideally what we need, one of the trade centers to buy up things then have them "sold to customers" like what the bars do with alcohol, narcotics and huskar cigars. This would ensure that the economy ran smoothly and there is always a demand for new trade items.

That is ideally what we need, one of the trade centers to buy up things then have them "sold to customers" like what the bars do with alcohol, narcotics and huskar cigars. This would ensure that the economy ran smoothly and there is always a demand for new trade items. To some extent I think this already happens with most items either by finished items like weapons consumed by the different AI pilots or those items being sold to some other manufacturer that manufactures something that eventually is used to produce weapons. Everybody buys food and water. And like you said the bars consume the finished luxury goods(I think this is actually what the pleasure cubes are for, they are transformed into cubes which are immediately sold back to the non-flying population of titan). Thinking about it, I think the major hang-up that messes up the economy is it seems AIs don't actually buy their moths from the moth factories, their moths just spawn with the pilot thus if players don't buy the moths the factories run out of money and can't buy anything anymore that would explain why it is easy to cause them to run out of money when trying to produce a certain moth. I could be wrong, only guessing. I do think all the "new money" in the game is probably coming from the bars. It seems mines, chemical plants, etc produce the very bottom raw goods out of thin air to provide a constant supply of resources. Then factories consume the raw goods to produce various stages of finished goods until you reach either luxury goods or weapons. Bars consume the luxury goods and thus supply a constant supply of new money to the game, pilots consume the weapons in their dog fights which takes money they've made back out of the game by destroying what they've spent it on. It's not really removed from the game though, the weapon factory has it and will use it to buy more weapon materials. Hmmm...

Yes, but when the ever so rare food has a five-hundred crates sitting in Trade Central you know somewhere some one isn't being fed.
EDIT: BTW Constmat sellers are the richest flyers on Titan, because no one kills them, since Constmat is so "worthless" but, Constmat would have been needed in the game if the original ideal behind it had been implemented.
