Right now in my game, there is no hangar rent, but there is a 100 a day Thug Salary (default settings for MSGC basically)
I would like to impose a small but manageable rent and salary so players cant hoard hangars and thugs (and gives players a reason to hoard lots of money)
Here is what I propose:
A $10 per Hardwar day hangar rent. That equals about to $600 a real day (there are 60 Hardwar Days in a Real Day). That is $4200 a week or $18000 per 30 days. You would have to have enough money in your Hangar to feed this rent to keep it. I can also set how many days to wait after the cash runs out before the game repossess it, maybe like 180 to give players 3 Real Days to make some money.
A $5 per day Thug Salary would be half of those numbers, so $300 a Real Day, $2100 a Real Week or $9000 a Real Month, per Thug.
Sound reasonable? It actually sounds pretty cheap to me

Sounds good. If a hangar gets repo'd though, does the machinery inside disappear?

yup
and thugs are supposed to fly whatever moth they are in back to one of your hangars, but im not sure how well it works. I suggest not leaving thugs in moths after you log off.
